The higher level management few people were only professionals rest all were just there as they own the company after getting title in education.

Everything was messed up they will just used you fully in a 16 pay and the most rudest management and staff out there expect one lady in the upper management she was truly a gentlewomen. Rest all are just filled with arrogance there

Nothing good here. Salary is less than a cleaning staff can get. I was hired as a financial analyst, but this job can be done by a class 5 kid.

Work Culture is toxic; everyone is involved in dirty corporate politics. The manager will scold you for no reason. They love to harass their employees. They will ask you to work for 12-13 hours without any break. Don't work here.

There is nothing to add much here.But still I must say that I have learn alot here about my process.And again it was on my own.

They don't pay you accordingly,work culture is worst,even HR's don't listen to employee. eClerx should be your last option to join. The only reason of my resignation is the all the reason mentioned above.

They provide Hybrid work model. Salary is on time.

1) For Legal (Statement of Work) Process, they will hire you saying it as permanent role but will ask you to leave after 1.6 years. 2) The Manager will start pointing out silly errors in your work and ultimately, they will put you on PIP for 1 month and then finally ask you to leave. 3) I would suggest new joiners especially male candidates to be aware about this process and select it at your own risk. 4) If you are a charming or toe kissing women then only you will get support from male colleagues in this team and your job will be secure, but even if you are doing 'ok' in your work and you are the man, then you job is at huge risk. 5) My request to all male candidates to select this profile at your own risk.

There’s nothing to like about this company they trap frehsers at such low pay and then they get all thw work done with them . There’s no training planned or scheduled they treat you there like shit.

The office politics is so much they you will get demotivated to another extent. Posting a mere reel can ruin their organisation image so they will be mg you to resign . The back end work is so pathetic there are some process where you only do copy pasting in the name of work . No growth at all , Zero skill development Pls don’t ever join this company.
