... I get a feeling of rich are becoming more rich and poor are becoming more poor. The pay difference between internal promotion and external hiring or MBA students is way too huge for the same designation. Senior Analyst Makes more then Associate Process Manager. Associate Process Manager makes more then Process Manager. Process Manager makes more then Senior Process Manager. How does it feels like when who reports to you makes more then you LOL. Internal politics, favouritism.

...ose who work are not appreciated and no growth opportunities are their for them. Rest, they fire people for cost cutting.

No promotions, no appraisals, no leaves, no work life balance, working on weekoffs as well, terminations and many more.

eClerx will be concerned only about getting their commission from your salary. Will not be interested in supporting or providing individual with yearly hikes, promotions or growth of a person.

No job security at all. Your project is over and you are out immediately. They don't care how hard you have worked for your project. It is understood that IT industry itself is very fragile and there is no security at all but here you are always on risk. You won't find a team building culture ever. Your manager doesn't know if you exist.

* Management always over commit to the client and pressurize employees * Salary structure is not at all standard. A TL can have more salary than a Manager * HR is absolutely not with the employees. They are with the exploitative management. * Too much politics * No way to raise your voice. Everyone from management support each other.
