An absolute misogynistic management (especially SAM Team) where women are offered to work, however, their is no growth; there is no appreciation, the management only promotes very few women. Women are basically treated like "She is working and getting paid. What else does she want?" This is feedback is exclusive to Atlantis office in Ahmedabad as I'm totally unaware of how the work culture is at Mumbai and Westborough. ...Extenction without any pay it is frequent They will not say in the begning of the interview that there is a target A lot of pressure The billing department is the worst department I will never suggest any bsc IT or engineer degree holder for this job A lot of politic And they change their target every day if you meet the target then they wil let you go home or else they will force you to extent for unnecessary 3 more hours without any pay and its frequent and if any body refuse to do so then they will play tje corporate games point out yous small mistake and ask you to resign all are involve in this from TL, manager , HR , director everybody what is going in the billing department but the HR and the directors are playing as if they dont know any thing billing department has the worst TLs then wont help you or assist you at all and at the end the want the numbers achive dont have any manners to talk... Worked here more than 3 years. I had terrible experience with this company. Mentors and seniors do not know how to manage work. They put evey work on developer(creating documents, development,testing and Database management) . So it is not sure that you will only get development work here. On top of that, they give unrealistic dead lines which makes work hectic. I won't recommend anyone to work in this company. If anyone wants work life balance then this company is definitely not for them. If you have other offers in your hand so go with that don't choose this company.Read More

Lots of micro management. Lots of favortism, leaders themselves bully team members and try to suppress team members voice, growth and abilities to perform. Team leader treats you like a slave and regularly force you to work after hours justifying it as tight deadlines instead of their poor planning. When employees do their work diligently no one cares and they make one small mistake and hell breaks out on them as if they committed huge crimes. Leaders makes you feel worthless. Employees are not allowed to work independently and they always are on mercy of leaders mood. Leader also threatens you that nothing will happen even if you complain to higher level. Woman like me doesn't feel safe even in this kind of big organizations.Read More
