In COVID still they are hiring for specific roles.
Niche domain hence pay increase fast( this I heard from senior). Ultimately it boils downs to relationship with manager. The more on person acts yes man (slave types) the more better in manager eyes.
Product knowledge is hard to gain.

...2)Changede performance bonus payout from 1yr to 18months.
3)Manager speak about customer empathy but there is no sense fo employee empathy.
Manager has got many complaints but still HR team didn't take action.
HR conducted survey about managers to understand how things going on but no action were taken. They don't Understand the technical team pressure. They don't understand, if employee does not feel safe,then surely they will leave
Either it's lazyiness or its toxicity.
If you read review on mouthshut or other places u will see people have commented negative reviews 10yr back which still exists today's as well. It's easy to connect the dots because senior mangers are same the juniors changed. Manager will throw us in diff. projects randomly which are having diff. technical knowledge to solve the issue which the managers won't understand himself expecting to get work done. Also the managers of my department doesn't hav any knowledge of product & gives subjective decisions.
Company is there since 16yrs but still they call themselves startup because they don't have a clear hierarchy.
Fights have happened but HRs and management supports eachother and not the technical department.
Management speaks they will do so many things but they actually don't mean it.
Most of the seniors with > 10yrs of experience have left. Most are new comers. I mean the foundation has already broken and will break more and more. It's like gift box wrapped with nothing inside.
Company is writing fake reviews to improve there ratings on many sites.
Engineering roles it's not worth here as the product is made in java(old coding lang). Note to HR, CEO: if you play with emotions then you are bound to hear these reviews.
It's foolish from management side to think there employee to be loyal in an toxic environment like this.
