    Huge Gap between Leadership Vision Vs Execution by the top management like VP, Director and AD as these executives don't know the business as they don't have any experience in driving such business. Hiring in the sales team is worst from top to bottom as no one has any idea how to drive the business. Co-founders blind trust in non performers even after closing the certain business due to the incompetence of such employee is really the thing which will pull down the company.

    There are so many dislikes . There is lot of Politics in the company. Who ever will take bosses to the parties & other parties will get Promotions , Transfers , Good Salary Hikes. More over RM does not have enought Knowledge & Touching the Warehouse Manager. These all this know to the director, But even though he won't take certain actions. But Warehouse Team will come work for 24/7 , But also Bosses not having any satisfaction. Company is very good. But Director should take necessary actions.

    Salary is on time, no one disturbs you when you are on leave or Holidays. Good place to learn and implement the same.

    Dislikes

    Company is very unpredictable. You will get a brief and road map about the plan and very next day same get changed. So all your hard work gose for toss, but you have to complete the new plan within previous deadline. You don't have any job security.

    Nothing anything likes , but salary came in time that is the good thing.

    Dislikes

    No policy for mid level ,only upper ones takes decisions which is biased.No benefits for the lower level employee.Item which has to be sell in market is on high margin .

    Salary is good.. Time to time salary no doubt..

    Dislikes

    No doubt company is good but company management is very reducules...area manager, regional manager, supervisor not help to new joiners, & create a pressure for work continue.& West Bengal regional manager & north 24 pgs area manager is very bad ..he shouted the new joiners & told them bad language.
