I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Eventually, I had an honest, data-backed conversation with my manager. Turns out, I was right and they revised my pay. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me this: silence doesn’t protect you. Salary on time, 2nd and 4th Saturday off.

Dislikes

No job security, you have to work very hard at company intrest but senior management will destroy you at any time without any specific reason, to much of politics in this company. Everyone saves our job at cost of your job. It's Development head is also pathetic.
