    It was an amazing organisation. I mean it was a dream job. The food, the people, the extra curricular activities, the structure which they follow like OMG. It was outstanding. I wouldn't have leave the organisation for like many many years. I loved Emaar and let's see if I'll get any chance to work in the future then I'll definitely join.

    Dislikes

    What I dislike is during pandemic they asked us to leave. Its a very big brand and then left us without a job when we needed the job and salary the most. Apart from this decision i would say there was nothing wrong with the organisation. I still love Emaar.

    They kick out several employees during lock down, even performers as well on the basis of salary package. If they are paying you little high then they will kick yiu first in financial crisis as cost cutting.

    Dislikes

    HR dept. is weak, mostly depends upon higher authority of sales dept. for hiring and firing. No independent role of HR dept.

    The company has multicultural environment and there is a strong team spirit among the staff.Emaar provides fair salary and other allowances in comparison with its competitors and also provide required training to the staff for their better future prospects.The company always take initiative to acquire the new technology and systems to improve work efficiency.

    Dislikes

    The only thing I did not like is very less chances of promotion and career growth and also there is no job security so one can be terminated any time without any justification

    The company wants to adopt latest technology and very keen about quality work and customer satisfaction. Top management is good but below from top might some corruption.

    Dislikes

    Working not as per Indian culture and not employee friendly. Regular apraisal and compensation not here and nobody bothers.
