ECL is fast growing company ECL achieved 6% market share in very short time ..ECL allow work at home and they distributed sanitizer and mask to society and they gave full salary to each and every members/ workers in lockdown ..they provided guidelines and support to each member how they can live save from covid 19

When I was working it's like company launched new market without any planning. They don't HV data and detailed study about market. Seniors was imposing their theories which makes us fail in Trade.

top mgmt is not know what to do for there resp. market, they take decision on the based of people who are outside of company. They also take decision against any employee on based on false allegation by channel partner/transporter/CDP/SPA . they not used own mind to take proper decision with proper checking. All senior mgmt is busy in them self for proving them self to op mgmt. Worst mgmt , nothing to learn, all are busy , no one listen u r problem/issue, etc etc etc ...& many more ....worst company...
