New CEO has made the place untenable with unclear strategy and cost cutting measures as only focus; many 100s retrenched smoothly. The Founder Chairman had a head and heart; new management maybe neither. Job security is very low and leaders will change their stances at whim to suit the new CEO strategy. Also letting go senior leaders VP and above shows the cataract strategy at play. The few good people and leaders will leave soon or be retrenched with the company having no clue how to make its next few hundred millions.
