... forget about you at all just give you salary thats it with 6 holiday in a year.Salary structure is very low with no incentives no festival nothing and the worst part their so called client will give you work thats not even metioned in job description their client harasses you for no reason give you lots and lots of work and threatens you daily to withraw contract. Once you complain against harassment they wont do anything as client is more important than a employee. Now comes the salary part you"ll do entab"s and clients both work deal with 2 bosses within toxic environment and lot of harrasment on daily basis and they give salary 12701 ( in hand ) and increament of Rs 972 after 3 years of service. So i request anyone who is reading this please never ever say yes to job offered by Entab Iinfotech Pvt Ltd

...can easily work here for 1 or 2 years. Don't expect any new learning or skill . Timely salary on 7th or 8th of the month. 1) Maybe a Opportunity for people who are not getting job anywhere. 2) Opportunity for people who don't look for growth and earn money by doing some software work. 3) Opportunity for people who want to switch to software development from any other field. Read some csharp and sql books and give interview. My humble request for those employees whoever has 5 star rating under pressure (if given), can change their rating later and give real rating so that new joiners can make mind. Because they are the future of country and deserve best.

...increment for few years so i left. Few employees are getting it and few are not. So don't get convinced and don't take less salary in joining. 8) Notice period is of minimum 2 months. They can increase this by giving a circular. 9) Leaves are less with so many rules attached to it. Holi and diwali no extra holiday from company so you have take it from your own leaves. Ask in detail before joining. 10) Job security is less . Even staying for years employees are fired in 15 days. Test conducted on free time. So ask/read about "PIP plan" before joining. 11) Saturdays are off from 2 years (except february and march due to workload. Leaves or salary will be deducted if leaves taken). May be a issue who are from outside delhi . Regarding Saturdays ask before joining as they change rules as per their wish. Personally i don't suggest anyone to join this company. You may get worst and stressful experience of life and loose valuable learning time.

Their culture is good & the people around are very enthusiastic. For a fresher who just came out of college can do this job but remember for consulting sector it is not good for long term.
