    A lot to say i dislike working at Entab Infotech. NO JOB SECURITY. NO SALARY INCREMENTS. Mr. M* & Mr. A* hires you with lots of false promises and they pretend that they have very huge future plans. HR can call you anytime to fire you. Nepotism and favoritism is at peak in LMS Department. These people have degraded everyone's career graph. Managers are not at all supporting. Overall they have the most horrible work culture . Even you can not have holiday on festivals.

    Salary comes on time generally. 5 days wkng (45 hrs per week) was there.

    Dislikes

    Even the superiors don't know how the work has to be done and what exactly has to be done. Favoritism, female monopoly, nepotism, management in wrong hands, nonsense way of talking and all the things required to ruin a project were there.

    Work life balance is good.

    This company provides no increment. They make fake promises of the increment but don't fulfil the same. HR always tries to convince you to work on the same salary structure. Sometimes HR don't even bothers to reply you on a mail.

    The top management and Directors are worth trusting and genuine. Salary remittance is before time. A tension-free job with free food. Job timings are good. Neat and Clean office. Facilities are the best in the industry. Walk-in-interview for professionals.

    If you want to destroy your career then this company is the best match for you. At the time of interview the HR do not clarify about salary and leaves. They real game begins after you join the company. The only skill needed to survive in this company is buttering with the managers so that you can become their pets (chamchas). The manager order to stay after the shift is over for stupid discussion of clients. He don't get time to do this during the shift hours. Moreover if you fail to become their pets, they will demotivate you to such an extent that you will go to depression and think yourself as a burden to this world.

    Dislikes

    Worst managers and worst management. Salary - "peanuts". The manager distribute their favourite pet's work to other employees so that they can just sit there and earn free salary. While the other employees do double triple work and goes through mental breakdown because they do not have other option. When you try to raise your voice against this work culture, you will be targeted and bullied. Still if you want to work in this company then best of luck 👎👎👎
