    There is no security of job, management is also not upto mark. If i talk about work culture then it is worst because we are forced to do Over time which is really not easy and in return we are not getting anything in return.

    If they are asking you to do over time they should give u pay for that l.

    Good company but they hire with less compensation and very minimal hike. In the name of incentive they donot provide any bonus. Work is good if you can sustain for the same thing for a long time. Good cooperative employee as they help each other in queries. WFH is the best possibility which can help.

    No bonus, incentive and joining compensation is very less compare to other companies

    ...Also, there is no night shift allowance or additional pay if you work on weekend or off day.

    Dislikes

    No compansation No vision for newer technology Hikes are somewhere around less than 5% regardless of your performance. WFH wasn't allowed before COVID.

    ... Focusing only on money, cost cutting, firing employees every now and than. 4. Corporate politics is something very common with them. Every manager wants to save themselves. 5. Beggining of COVID19 they asked almost 80 people to resign. Being inhuman they never thought to be kind with employees in such a tough time. 6. Bad management...
