1. Work-life balance takes a hit because of compulsory late night hours to interact with foreign team members. 2. Job security is not at a satisfying level. Some managers do indulge in a sort of power harassment, where extra work is demanded at the whims of job insecurity. 3. Work satisfaction and promotion/appraisals are not at satisfactory levels.

- supportive and inclusive atmosphere where teamwork collaboration and mutual respect are always required for any working areas which Entrata provides. - Company culture and work-life balance is too good.

Dislikes

- Sometimes salary raises do not match inflation rates or increased expenses.

I have been working with Entrata more than 5 years it has been Incredible journey from the day one. Entrata has good work life balance and flexibility in working hours.

- Salary compensation need to improve as per the market standard.

1. Work from home 2. Flexible time & good amount of paid leave. 3. Technically expert employees which help me to improve my technical knowledge.

1. Salary hike is not much good. 2. Hardly you get promotion. 3. promotion process not much transparent.

No prons You will learn a agile methodology and git. you will improve communication skills here by collaborating with cross cross-functional team but in technical skills you will forget what you have now. This company works in only core PHP and in that also you will not get chance to code. You have to beg for approvals from multiple team members and team for a single line code change. Have to document everything. Super micromanagement by some managers. I will not recommend to join this company. No technical growth. Only maintenance work. Employees are here just because of WFH policy otherwise employees count would be below 50.

Appraisal Low salary No promotion In some of teams managers are not good. Favoritism is on peak. Sone Managers wants employee to do over time till 10:00 p.m. and upon disagreeing they will take action on you. Management decisions are not transparent and always in favour of managers, not developers. No holidays on Dusshera, rakhi, diwali's next day.
