In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. all the nice things about this organization are gone, situation changes everything

Dislikes

... no major salary hikes, only work and work pressure is increasing exponentially. Almost working for 10-11hours everyday and even on weekends without any extra pay. forcing work from office but there's no space to sit, not enough seating and parking for employees, cutting employee benefit programs, too many lay offs and managed attritions
