If you are fallen under non core tax teams, it's highly difficult to switch to other companies. You will sustain here with same process for years which will have no demand outside much. Though the work process is simple, the pressure will be high with not having hands on popular softwares like ex: SAP, Oracle. However you will master only in Excel sheets Pathetic work hours, you will have no time for personal work, time with family even on some of the weekends you will have to work. Women domination is very high. You have to be very sensitive. You should have good books with them.Read More

...The salary is abysmal at best as compared to the work that they make you do. The manager will deny your leave and give a baseless excuse. You can be sick and still be expected to work. Appraisals don't really appreciate people who need recognition. It's completely based on how your manager puts your word out and how their senior take it. So yes, unless you're desperate and completely out of work, do not get into this. If you get into this, get out as soon as possible for your future's sake. You do get the big 4 brand but they don't even do what the actual Big 4s do. For that kind of work it's best to get into EY India instead the delivery centers.Read More
