I have cleared 2 rounds of technical interview with EY for data engineering role, my current salary is 11.5 LPA, they said they will give maximum hike 22% from my fixed salary and 20% Variable pay at the end, HR said this is the max they can do. my work experience 7 years, 3 years data analyst role and last 4 years in data engineering role. Please suggest, did they cheat me in terms of compensation could anyone help me on this? Or this is their norms

I don't understand their FTE conecpt, most of the Employees in Govt Advisory are hired on FTE basis and even though most of them do BDEV along with project they are not part of company bonus. Any one who has been working on multiple things should be part of company bonus as per my view. To convert to on roll from FTE is still shady and many people don't know how to get it done

Only thing that is good with EY, is it’s reputation, which is also not correct.

Dislikes

...sic information. There is no specified department or person for employees query. Also, they something thing and give something as salary, they try to deduct salary as much as possible. In my case they dis jot inform me abiut certain deduction which was optional and now i cannot get until unless i leave the company.
