    No work ethics. There was no work allotted to me in the new project. After 2 months, they put me on bench and after that they asked me to resign or else they will forcefully terminate my services. HR told me the reason that they don't have a suitable project for me, as per my profile. Due to their inefficiency of allotting a project to the eligible employees, they force them to resign.

    There is nothing to like as per working at Espire Infolabs. You just have to work nothing exciting in company.

    Dislikes

    They are worst payment cycle. Change in Increment Date is very common. Salary mostly got delayed. Performance bonus got delayed by 1 years

    It was very worst experience to worked with Espire Infolab, Management is very bad they don't know how to manage project and team, they pressurize the employees to work on weekend and manager's used abusing language and said it's normal, so guys I suggest please don't join that company even they hold the salaries of employees

    Nothing good. It is the worst company on the planet where the management only hires and fires the employees every now and then. Appraisals are pathetic and disgusting. No work life balance at all. HR Management and top management is terrible and ruthless.

    Hiring and firing employees at will. Salary and appraisals not on time. No work life balance. Top management and HR is corrupted and is famous for its politics. Not recommended at all.

    Dislikes

    You have to work for them even you have corona. They can make you work 36 hours . You will definately not get your full and final and last salary. The project manager Rahul here will treat you like his slave and will talk in rude way and he even dont know the project functionality and speak like he knows everything. Worst company for CMMI 5 LEVEL
