Only few power pillars who are involved in decision making, succession planning is totally missing......retired people are not at all willing to move out to make way for others.......communication from top to bottom is total chaos.......they rarely are able to identify their hard working and contributing peoples......yes man is the best policy in Ester......senior mgt does not have a plan to develop down the line team......dont rely on their words and commitments.....extremely selfish

Manager driven company,nothing much to learn in that organisation.Compensation are not so much good even in my case i didn't get my increments from last one year.

I like the Work environment and learning in company premises.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Join if you want to waste your time and skill join if you want to go back 40 yrs in process because they still use that much slow process join if you want to be more unprofessional

No realistic Hiring Lay off employees without prior notice HR department to bhut hi mahan and unki HR head gungi h she cant speak on your matters and nor she has hand so she cant reply on the mails if this is last company on earth still don't join

There is nothing which can we liked about this company. This company makes false promises hires the employee for project and lay off them. They dont have realists dreams and it all talks like immature person.

Work culture worst proper Lala company Submit PF in own trust and when you left the company they don't give the PF amonut No use of technology, all work done on paper HR department as slower than the tortoise
