    I need to think hard about what should I write about the liking part. The HR department is pathetic as it is led by a pathetic HR head. A lazy person who will be more busy playing politics rather than resolving the grievances of the employees. There is a lot of politics in other teams also and if you are good at playing politics then you can survive in this company.

    Dislikes

    Salary is always late, mostly credited by 9-12th of the month or maybe further later than this. Appraisals are late, generally, they finish off by August/September of the year. There is no grievance team/ HR team to listen to your issues...an employee has 2 options either to struggle and survive or quit. A TYPICAL MARWARI company with no culture and values ( exists only on paper). If you are looking for a career/ growth and a good environment, then this is not a place to join.

    ... Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

    Dislikes

    There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

    The working culture of Exicom Tele-System Limited is very very very nice. Employee can easily learn much more things from here without worry about work load.

    Dislikes

    Exicom mostly hired employees as off role. The increment in salary and promotion is very very vey bad here even if you do any great thing here.

    There are lot of issies and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is low and carrier growth is also slow.The manager bahavior are very bad against to their employees.Also AGM assistant general manager also not bahave like a manager to their employees.
