Compensation is decent.but growth is very slow.The work pressure is very high.Some time i was to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client call in the evening and some time late into the night.manager do not value an individuals unique strengths, Which is why i was to take back my suggestion most of the time.i do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal. Also, there is no on - job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is a pain sometime

I enjoy the challenge of solving complex problem as well as the sense of accomplishment that com with fielding as solution I enjoy my work place collaborative environment and the opportunity to work talented and passionate peoples

Management seems to be slow is assigning new work or handily out addition responsibilities so i don't always feel like I am receiving enough challenge from the role

The company is very nice and appropriate for me .I like this company so much.I am so happy to work as an accountant in such a reputed company.

It is not suitable to work in a single branch,in case of emergency,it transfers to me to other branch.So I dislike this .

The company don't follow any rule. The company don't do anything for benefits of employee. This company's Accounts department is the worst department there is no personal growth.
