Working with exl is quite a good experience according to other companies only in case of work life balance other than that nothing. If anyone want mental peace they can work here no pressure for anyone no pressure for anything you can easily chill out, also you can do your own work if you want to like if you are doing any work other than this job so that you have quite good work life balance so that you can do extra effort for your earning because you are having less stress

... also not only mine doing extra effort for my promotion but I did not get it,. No Salary increment at all “ mera to 2 se 3 percent increment he krte they” I don’t know what’s the reason behind. I awarded many times for my work and effort but didn’t get paid at all so salary wise it is worse but mentally it is 😊 Good!!!

Exl is the one of the best in MNCs. I have worked the years with Exl and that's journey was tremendous and I was really happy to working with Exl. I would suggest to join Exl to learn new things and grow your self in this culture with motivation.

Very bad pay scale. At appraisal time always shows company in loss and give only 5% appraisal. 45 days notice period. Force to do over time and did not give any amount for I for over time.

I think this is best place for me to learn new things and utilize my knowledge because my team leader and manager is very sweet for me.

I think this is best place for learning and improving skills but Financially is not good because salary is not increase more.

...r self and family and vaccination drive for self and one member of the family. No lower variation in the salary or any unnecessary deduction. Salaries sheet looks smooth every month with only PF deduction and nothing else. In this work from home genre company is paying for the monthly broadband bill. In my process there is 0 pressure of work and its the best process anyone can work for at the Noida location. If you are okay with the decided salary during the hiring this is what you gonna get until yearly increment. A few more bucks gets added in your salary according to the performance but thats also something never missed by any employee so you can think that as an additional part of your salary. I feel good to be the part of the company. I wish I could negotiate a little more of my package so that I could always feel to be in the company as otherwise it makes me think of changing the job just because of more financial growth due to increasing responsibilities. :) All the best to you if you are appearing for the interview.
