There is nothing to like about this organization, they will give your more salary or package compare to other organisations.

No job security, dont think that you have good experience, you are hardworking, you are top performing employee in your current organisation. Because here nothing matters, they don't give f*ck about your knowledge or performance. Whenever they want they can remove you. Experience Employee are first Target. For higher package you will loose job security and career growth.

There is nothing I like about this company. It's a total disaster.

Dislikes

Terrible pay, backstabbing all the time, repetitive tasks, terrible IT systems, worst performance ranking ever, you are not the owner of your career, and nothing you do in Exxon will be useful to work in other companies, which essentially means a long term career in Exxon guarantees you'll be stuck here forever. Since there is no HR department nor care for employees whatsoever, the company doesn't mind bringing always bad news to the table. Management doesn't have any preparation nor skills at all to manage people. This combined with the ranking system leads to an awful culture and a cut-throat environment. My advice is: do not even give a try to this company. Wish you read the reviews before entering, and if you do so, good luck. Almost no one is happy working for this company. Oh and I forgot. There is not a single day of home office.

Permanent work from office, no work life balance, moving into various departments which doesn't allow one to excel in their area of interest or forte, horrible office culture backward thinking and closed hierarchical minds.
