People who are involved in fraudulent practices can still happily work if bosses are happy with them. You do unethical stuff right under your superior 's nose but if you are manipulative, no one can harm you in Fareportal. People wearing shabby clothes with offensive slangs are seen in every area of Fareportal. Only talks about revenue, no one cares about office environment. The company has no respect for hardworking people, does not promote them when they apply for IJP's . Gives some or the other excuse & rejects them. People in operations who can't take 1 call properly & have poor code of conduct have been internally promoted as Assistant managers . Employee relations team is the worst in Fareportal.Read More
