    There is nothing to tell good about Fareportal.. Worst management ever seen.

    ... sam Jain sent an email that I will take my salary as Rs. 1 per month till this pandemic will get over but will not fire anyone from company and to the very next moment approx 250 people got an email that you are no longer part of this company. Then after sometime approx 200 people they kept on Leave without pay till further notice so we have to resign out of choice. The work life balance is like they can call u anytime in office when they need and way back to home is not as per your shift timing but it is as per your manager choice. Worst company. Worst management ever seen

    Huge politics Appraisal and some new tech work will be given only if you are manager favourite Fired people during covid Some managers put papers in every 2-3 years. This manager also comes at 1 pm and make others frustrate always does back biting. They give salary hikes only to there favorite ones
