In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. ... drove me into depression, and there was no support from the company whatsoever. Yes, the salary and incentives can be decent, but they come at a huge moral and mental cost. Your earnings depend on how well you can manipulate and mislead people into paying outrageous prices. This is not a company for anyone who values ethics, personal well-being, or professional growth. Overall, my experience was horrible. I would give this company 0 out of 10 and never recommend it to anyone. If you want to destroy your mental health and lose all work-life balance, Fareportal is the place for you. Good luck if you decide to join—you’ll need it.

...risis. In starting phase of Corona virus pandemic they laid off their employees. Cuts off 25% salary of their employees . Now mostly employees on LWP from last three months. Fareportal not care their employees.

Because both companies directors(LALA) is same.They gave salary next month of 15-20th after that 8 to 9th reminder.Company not provided ESI,PF and medical facilities. They deduct every month 7000 to 8000 unnecessary from the salary on the name of Lala company policy. Phone have to submitted on Reception. If any people want to spoil his or her life then join this Lala dukan. They are also thieves, they didn't pay if any people resigned from this company.
