    All the banks in today's time are working as a insurance company and employees are working as agents. Federal bank was the best place to work when i joined but nowadays it is horrible working culture. Late sittings, selling insurance is a daily practice. Unrealistic targets for such a small work force is a new start.l

    ...There is no growth, just as a fresher the salary is good and freshers do come looking for the salary, but there is no career growth or future in the role. There will be so much of pressure from higher authorities to achieve the targets. Whatever it is always number matters . People do forget that there are other banks where the competition is very high. There is no work life balance too There is always pressure from higher authorities rather even they could put their efforts to achieve their targets Bank employees should beg the customers for loan , insurance . Pls change the culture of banking.. Worst culture and i could also give negative ratings if there was so.

    Random rural transfers. Transfer policy of federal is the worst. Your opinion or choice will never matter. The long notice period of 3 months or a compensationn of 2.5 lakhs. They keep your original documents for 2 years.
