The package they mentioned while hiring at campus v/s the actual CTC varies a lot as they tell that they provide as extra facility.So I am dissatisfied with the package they mentioned while hiring v/s the actual CTC.

1.Based on market am getting the salary package properly, I raised this concern so many times to my superiors, but there is no use in it.. 2.Intially fis said that we have perminant WFH and they were dropped an email too, but now superiors pushing to WFO. For me, it's to difficult to come. I will be happy if someone consider these points and take the action.

The flexibility you get in work. Variable pay would be almost 90 to 100 percent every time

Work from home is a big bonus , now they are asking people to come back tough The company policy as such is good , but very very badly implemented on ground Work satisfaction is good . U get to work on product and see it getting released

Salary : don't expect anything , they say average is 10-15% but believe me its hardly 5-7 % Don't join Capital Market, the code is buggy and u can say good bye to work life balance Office politics is though the roof, I can see seasoned politicians can come to Capital Market team to study Even if you work hard day and night No use , don't expect the work to get translated into an appraisal FIS is good , but if u have an options join any other company . If ur mind is set on FIS . Expect for the bare minimum so you won't feel sad . and don't work more , your health will go and it won't matter to anyone .

...under them. when I was serving notice period the manager assigned me a POC task. At the time of performance bonus discussion, for which I was eligible, he did not give me any bonus saying that I did not complete the implementation. This was unfair as it was not possible to implement in one month's time which he was aware of. Later, more than 5-6 month's time was given by him and the TL as part of the implementation plan. I was very disappointed as I had 3 job offers but I chose FIS as it was considered employee friendly company. I will never forget this experience.
