    Small issues taken very big action but big issues taken very light, who is doing bhajans they will get quick promotion gotten 5th rank in pan India they didn't give Area manager opportunity but unknown persons get promotion as Area manager and Regional Manager it is fully gambling JFM rewards they given on July month Division Manager gets quater incentive when resign he didn't get single rupee of incentive today confirmed by HR manager present I loss last quarter incentive 77000/- rs very sad situation, so am not recommended and every 15 days one month end

    The bank is good and would be doing great in future as it gets expansion in number of branches in coming years.

    ... I got the company assets submitted and was ready to serve the notice period but the very second day I got a mail from HR that as I have given up my resignation without serving notice period I need to pay my 3 months salary to bank. They withheld my previous month's salary also. They are not providing me with my relieving letter. I got my life spoiled joining this bank.

    Only Salary come on Time. Nothing for liking except that.

    Everything.. Work culture, Work Life balance. From day one you are liable to serve 3 months notice period. No provision period, If any one mistakenly join and next r she realise this is wrong decision, nothing to do. Must have to serve 90 days notice period. And you will be tortured on that period.
