    Almost everything work culture etc. Human Resource department co-ordination.

    Dislikes

    Salary and increment. Basically company has gone into cost cutting mode to such an extent that it's hurting the working of various departments. They should invest a little amount into technology too. Avoid buying cheap softwares I.e CRM instead use SQL for managing data so that everyone can figure out what code was written in order to pull data and thus we can manually pull data.

    They trust the employee. You are the owner of the process, and you will have free hand to work on improvements. Approachability to senior management is quite awesome with this organization.

    Dislikes

    Company culture is really outdated. 2-3% appraisals, No bonus, no leave encashment, no gratuity, salary is paid in such a way that you will struggle to adjust it in tax payment. No employee engagement activities. The culture is really boring and outdated. Extremely extensive travel.
