    Salary on time,that’s the only one thing that you can expect from the company. Products are decently good and available and far better prices as comapre to other brands

    Dislikes

    No proper planning for new product launch. Like rest of corporate world, top management is biased towards the sycophants only. HR department has no backbone,never bother to listen the genuine issues of employee. They fired the employee just after the maternity leave. From middle management's to top level all they need “yes boss “ subordinates.least bother about the ground level actually report.

    1. No benefits apart from Salary 2. Alternate Saturdays working 3. Poor appraisals 4. No feedback system 5. Only daily tasks, no new ideas, thus work is monotonous 6. No skill development initiatives by company for employees 7. No fun activities or outdoor visits planned by company 8. 9 hour stringent work policy 9. Promotions not based on performance, but on time spent in the organisation 10. Employees keep leaving, thus pressure of downloads and training of new employees comes on existing ones and sometimes taking over 2 people’s KRA on the same pay scale.

    In firstcry dabolim Store Management is not good.,they are not able to manage the staff properly and also working hours also more.. it's almost 10 hrs .also they are not providing any OT if staff working more then 10 hrs .

    Almost everything work culture etc. Human Resource department co-ordination.

    Dislikes

    Salary and increment. Basically company has gone into cost cutting mode to such an extent that it's hurting the working of various departments. They should invest a little amount into technology too. Avoid buying cheap softwares I.e CRM instead use SQL for managing data so that everyone can figure out what code was written in order to pull data and thus we can manually pull data.
