Problem with senior management. They take their own decision without even looking pros and cons which has increased attrition rate. Junior members are not even aware of future direction. Most of the time juniors queries are not answered or management don't have answers and just try to avoid it. Everything changed in Fiserv after firstdata executive team have taken control of Fiserv.

Need to be competitive for salary, facilities like food, etc they spend lot on office but not on people not sure why. No proper canteen , employee benifits are less. Work culture is good, good on technical skill development etc.

Only thing which I loved in Fiserv is that they talk big but in reality they hire you at good salary that you don't ask anything.

Dislikes

Worst Management including HR, they will show you a bigger picture of objective but they won't let to you achieve it ever. They will ask you to work on Saturdays saying OT but the compensation you will get only ₹1200 irrespective of your per day payment according to your salary. Dis organised HR team, post hiring they will never listen to employees, bigger management has nothing to do with your problems, they just need their goals to be achieved. It is a lovers point every one has their own love story going on.

Office ambience is good in pune, office is clean, just that's it.

Dislikes

Everything you can imagin about the work is worst, Doing anything in name of cost cutting, making employees work from office for 5 days and that too 9 hrs from inside office. They think this person is not the employee but the slave they have purchased
