    ...They can hold your salary for any reason , and then make you beg as if you are a beggar.my advice please don't join this company better join a startup or a small agency.

    Good work environment and culture. Team leads are very supportive and management is good. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

    Dislikes

    Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No job security they will remove from job without prior informing us.

    it is an outsourcing company, this company provides solutions regarding home loans and mortgage service for US Clients, to join this company you need a Bachelors Degree in any field that's the good part, there are two on types of on-job training, 1. the first training is related to the basics of US Mortgages which every employee must complete 2. the second training is related to the type of process an employee gets selected the training given here is good Employee gets his/her work based on number of files once you complete the all the files, you can use your remaining working hours as leisure Employees are incentivised depending on the work load For female candidate its a Day-shift
