    Excellent Salary & Benefits. There is an average 8-10% increment every year. HR has to involve in individual employee career growth and interests irrespective of reporting managers. Since Managers alone, has their own perspective and may have a chance of favouritism. So that HR managers will also required to involve here and definitely they will play a significant role. This is the major area of improvement in FMC.

    Dislikes

    Boss culture- kind of "Iam right attitude." There is enough space to improve to understand what is right. This is lacking.

    The benefits other than salary is good. Safety is the top most priority which affect production heavily.

    Dislikes

    The work life balance is worse. You need to do extra work for atleast 10 days a month. Overtime pay is poor. You can't use your total annual leaves due to low manpower.

    Working culture is not good , they treat you like they own you . Manager is boss not leader, if you dare to go against them their ego hurts, they make you regret why you join these company, they lure into trap of joining company by making false promises. Mostly 12 hr duty due to no extra manpower.
