The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Eventually, I had an honest, data-backed conversation with my manager. Turns out, I was right and they revised my pay. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me this: silence doesn’t protect you. Most toxic culture , liers to cheat you on incentives , no work life balances . Hold the salary , abusive culture even with females , harrasing the employees, no hr , no payment , very bad reputation in the market , come here if you want to get mentally ill. Every month. you can see dozens of people resigning after salary . Fraud company , looting clients money

No value for employees, they can humiliate anytime, no travel expenses ,no F&F on time, no salary slip ( it required to ask them to provide with proper reason ) and no incentives on time

There is nothing to like about the company.

Dislikes

Worst company you can work with. Does not provide any notice period. Always hire those who are having GAP in career and then torture them in terms of achieving sales target (6x of salary) from day 1 you will receive 2 day training and then, from 3rd day they will start pressurize you to bring IA. In total they have 2 employees in sales team and every month they hire 4-5 employees and every month the old employees left or get fired. Office hours is 9:30 to 6:30. But if you came late by 5 minutes, they will start deducting your salary. Also, they mention 1 hour of break that is from 1pm to 2pm but, they ask you to have 20 minutes of break. If you fail to do so, they start deducting your salary. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM!!!!!! A BIG SCAM !!!!!!!

...ing experience letter from this company after your notice period - forget it.. Forget the Experience letter, they won't pay your remaining salary after your notice period ends.. There is no benefit working in this company - 1. Even for our monthly leaves we have to argue with the HR to take our leave 2. Even on holidays they will tell the employees to come by telling them that they will get compoff and at the compoff time - they do not give any compoff. 3. For even 1mint late you are coming, they will count it as late and they make deductions for that.. Stay alert from this company. Because this company environment is like playing politics. And the biggest political game who are playing in this company and eating this company are 3 persons in this company :- 1. Sanjeev Rewari ( Digital marketing Head - who doesn't know anything according to his job title & just wasting company's money) 2. Mohammed Wasim (Sr. Hr) 3. Pradipta ( H. O. D of HR department) These three guys friends who are just eating the company & the biggest threat to the company's Growth. Last advice = Stay away from this company, if you want grow in your career.

Nothing to like about the company. Biggest mistake to join it

Dislikes

... and don't submit it to government. Salery cutting company. Put salery on hold . Didn't pay any reimbursement for 6 months. Travell across state for them. Chairman and MD has affair and it's effecting the way downljne operates. Clients are miscommunication and fake commitment Re given to on-board them. Not a single franchise is sold once client is onboarded.
