- Company has grown , but still acts like is working as a startup - Do not join the program management team in DBAT - Rahul murarka has absolutely no skillsets or people management skills to become the director , just because he is backed by the CTO , he thinks he can do anything - Stagnant projects - No new tech being used , JIRA is also hosted on bank servers! - Micro management is very common - Do not expect any hikes (This is very common , once u join there will be close to zero increase in ur package) - Salary offered is quite low as compared to industry norms

Good learning possibility since you interact directly with the senior leadership. However, whether it's a positive or a negative, mostly depends on your manager or super manager, and mostly, it's the latter here :)

Dislikes

Poor appraisals and compensation. Poor treatment of employees. Work is not valued. 90% of the work goes waste as nobody sees it or even recognises the efforts. Terrible leadership.

Sometimes People Judge quickly and have Judgemental Mindset, not in all cases.

Being backed by axis bank I don't worry of getting salary at the end of month. There is a sense of job safety unlike other loss making startups

Dislikes

Culture is degrading day by day, it is becoming just like bank, focus is being moved from tech to saving money being spent on good tech resources.
