    They didn't assign projects to most of the people they simply hire and kept on bench or they will focus to take service desk roles..they won't give notice period for those who r in bench. They no less work even if they taken into project. For freshers it's waste to join in that company . They won't gain any skills . if they don't have any projects they will forced to resign even we have 2years bond.totaly I feel waste to join in this company as a fresher .

    Job security is good. Have opportunity to learn and grow.

    Dislikes

    Specially in India Fujitsu management is very poor. They don't know how to evaluate a good employee. They don't value your skills and don't pay according to our skills. Even they threaten us to demotion if we protest those things even after being best employee in the team. Even they encourage us to resign if we are not satisfied with our compensation. If you resign they don't even try to retain those valuable resources most of the times.

    Fujitsu is one of the top leading it company in the world, job security is there. They are still providing wfh for many of the projects, my project is one of them so getting ample time to spent with my family and no extra expenses for living outstation. Good company to start your career.

    ... they will simply kick ur a** if you ask for a desirable package. They will hire a new person with that pakage but will not retain you. 5. No way to say there that "it's too much for me I am full with work", if you convey these type of dissatisfaction you will make your managers angry and they will push you to work more.
