Throughout my tenure, I encountered significant challenges in communication and collaboration. My manager often demonstrated a lack of respect and support, which severely impacted team morale and productivity. Constructive feedback and efforts to address these issues were met with dismissiveness and, at times, overt hostility.

...ria will demotivate the new candidates. We have to be confirmed within 3 months. After 3 months if we failed to get confirmation we will be degrowth & our current designation will be down including salary deduction. If fresher or who had recently enter into Insurance sector need not join here. I have seen most new candidates failed to achieve the target & get terminated....

salary is decent but increment is less on promotion, internal competition is high. Only 2 office locations operating currently in bangalore, staff is crowded.

Good in terms of leaves. Colleagues are supportive. Work culture is ok. Secure job and flexible policies.

No growth in terms of opportunities and salary. People here are less bothered about current market technology and lacks learning attitude.
