There’s nothing much to like except the salary — you’ll get a good salary, but your personal and professional life will get mixed up.

If I start talking about the downsides, the list would be endless. But to begin with, the company suffers from extremely poor management. The HR department is not supportive at all. Your manager may call you even after working hours, including late at night or on Sundays. In the agency channel, your manager will force to you to contribute money of your designation wise for treating agents with sweets on Holi, colors (gulal), tea, snacks, or even meals. All these expenses will be managed using your contributions. And if you ask for an account of how the money was spent, you'll be given a detailed list, but your manager will submit those bills to upper management and get reimbursement for himself. In some cases, money will even be deducted from your incentives. If you raise concerns, you'll be pressured, and the regional manager will always side with their own managers. It feels like everyone, including HR, is part of the same circle. Moreover, if you don’t perform in your very first month, they’ll force you to resign under pressure.

In our channel there is no appraisal, we need take promotion for salary hike i am not talking about myself but behalf of my colleagues who short for the promotion .

Zero overall. Top management is good for nothing. From the time of interview, they will keep asking you for policy. If you cannot give any policy then they will say your salary will be on hold and You will recieve Termination letter. Think before you join, if you have good relationship and can built good agency then go otherwise think twice. No holiday for you even in Sunday too.
