...ompany policy Saturday and Sunday is leave. But it is only in paper not in real. you can get overtime pay per day even though it is not a optional one you should come to office even if it is Sunday. If you gonna take leave for Monday and Tuesday, they will consider that is a 4 days leave including Saturday and Sunday. TL will ask like why your taking 4 days leave. This how the TL behaves. If want to take a leave for Sat and Sun, you have to beg to your TL. 5. Office politics is the worst thing. Who are all close to MD those persons only will get befits. rest others will get normal appraisal and bonus . Nowadays for rest people are not getting normal appraisal and bonus, i would say they are getting below average. MD is the only person who can decide your bonus and appraisal, he will discuss with your TL about your performance but that also not at all take into consideration. It's just an formality. Overall worst work life balance and work culture. If you going to join this company please look into this. If you are in bad financial stage, you can go for the Money. But One thing you can learn the software and knowledge about steel detailing. They best in their work not to the employees.

I have worked in this company for 2.6 years. After officially leaving this company, I was given two days of overtime, one week of dinner allowance and fourteen days salary not paid this company.
