Career growth & opportunity is less because of old employee who are strike in their holding position, your promotion or salary hike will get any time in the year if your MF AUM is increase but if its decrease any time your job will be in trouble or you will through back to your old position. First time I've seen this type of policy, I seen here first time it's happen with my colleagues, although I'm not experience it directly since 2018 when I joined this company , I never seen this type of policy any where because before I worked with many of the top company in same sector like Microsec, Sharekhan, etc. (From 2008 to 2018).

    I think now it's clear for everyone who read the above points about this company (GEOJIT) Culture. And if you ask for work satisfaction, I'm little happy because most of the time I try to avoid office politics & lobby. Growth is very slow normally.

    I am working from last 2 year i they have not provided any single increase in salary in lockdown they deduct the salary or many employees and after the unlock tbose who are working and come daily to offices the aslo deduct their salary as well.. Bad management no hr support no increment for any employee..... I u planning to join this olease stay away from this organisation... They call you for work but they domt pay you highly dissoppointed.
