    Salary is comparatively higher than other companies.

    Dislikes

    Culture is worst in this company. 1. Senior people joins in the meeting and started to scream to the participants 2. Daily 4-5 hours meeting only and then they expect to complete the work immediately. 3. No work life balance is here. 4. No recognition and motivation 5. Not sure how company got 4 star rating. 6. Team is really unhappy working with senior people. 7. Late night work.

    There's Nothing i like about this organisation

    ... No home drop facility from organisation you have to pay for your own cab which is deducted from your salary that to even after paying they doesn't provide home drop for boys before 11 pm even after paying money. I had to change 3 trains to reach to company but they do not care about employees they fill there own pockets. No night allowance are given even if your shift ends at 3 am and no free cab are provided for home drop.

    Employees can get WFH easily.

    ... Extreme cost-cutting. No recognition for work. They don't care about employee well-being; they just want work to be done before the deadline. The office doesn't have much entertainment or relaxation options. The food is not free & of bad quality. No team outings. Low-quality work. No leave encashment. The remaining leaves in the current year are not carried forward to the next year. Even laptops provided to us have many problems that too on a frequent basis. Dealing with other teams is hectic, when you need their help, they don't respond. DevOps team doesn't know their work. We have to identify a solution for our problem & then they just implement it. They can't build complex solutions hence there is no learning for developers.

    To be honest, i found nothing good till now.

    Dislikes

    Here the work culture is the worst I have ever seen. No hierarchy follows here, the director of the company directly calls a junior-level developer. No shift timings are followed here. They are expecting to pick up their call even at 12 AM. No respect for juniors. My experience in GEP is horrible till now. Most important, we need to work on weekends as well. Working in this company is the same as destroying your mental and physical health.

    Salary is good if you are experienced. Work from home. Flexibility. Office Environment. Sat sun are off

    Dislikes

    Very unorganised... There is no specific support if you stuck somewhere you just be in circles asking here and there what to do. Shortages of employees leads to lot of work pressure.. Pathetic engineering team which will just ask you questions instead of solving the actual problem. You will daily strech between 1 to 2 hrs. Unlike other companies which gives you transport allowance here they will deduct your money. Training is not much given and you will be posted to on job within 2 weeks. Holidays are also less compared to other companies they only have 8 holidays in thier calendar.
