People. Manager Arpan has been nice to me. My manager is a dayan only. The only good thing is her body. No brains only in head. Amarnath bhaiya TL, Sulagna di TL and Sunny bhaiya TL are nice. Rest people also very corporative and very nice.

Dislikes

Management and HR is su*king bl**d. They will cut your salary for you are 5min late. The boss Ashwini will burn in h*ll for scamming customers and employees. The CEO chakraborty sir only want girls. A few girls and guys are very bad in nature and will try to steal your customers. Shahina, Shruti and Sanjana sisters are very rude. TL debojoti is also th*rki. New girl came and he is behind her. I feel bad for his new gf. He is talking about how he sle*ps with her. HR sir is very nice. Diya HR does not know one thing, she will sit and play in her mobile and forgot to do her job and then salary is cut because of her. They hire new people on low salary and then fire them later. To get break you beg. AC also not working. We fight for fans. Please think about joining. Don't join.

This company explode the employees, they also don't give the salary. Without any reason the stop the service and also don't give the salary. Never join this company. There is nothing to like here.

The management, starting from the owner , operations and HR everyone is worse , And they dont even know how to conduct an interview session properly and i felt that they are very unorganized and unprofessional, So hardly people will like their work culture plus they terminate people unnecessarily also deduct money from your salary for various reasons

Manager's are very good over here ,you can learn lots of things but poor management it's be like my company my rules work over here.

Management works like my company my rule they represent to think for future but they work like what's your status now no growth , incentive scales are high but salary is very less you will struggle to get hike , salary matters a lot because incentive are add-ons which are not constant rules for incentive are strict it can be forfeited at any time Ashwini sonthalia ceo & Manager Anthony and santanu they are the only reliable people in this company . Kunal Ramchandani , Gaurav and Mumbai team are person who ha destroyed this management for their own benefits . They are people for whom company is going to suffer alot , Gaura from Mumbai team is a person whom you should stay away special girls .

There is no job security. Any one can be sacked out of the company any time. In my 4 months of service I have seen 10 years old employees being thrown out all of a sudden for issues not that serious!
