Compensation is below benchmark and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day without any extra compensation. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. The management has a fixed mind-set towards the business process. The hard work done mostly goes unnoticed during the annual/mid appraisals. Despite of on-job training for freshers senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.Read More
