    Only thing ggod about Globalstep is they provide 2 times Meal and snacks (Good for emoloyess residing on PG/Hostel)

    Dislikes

    Globalstep offers very less salary compared to other Gaming companies. If they dont have projects then they will bench you( which is UNPAID). Management doesnt value junior's feedback. For management, their relation with seniors is very important than junior's feedback. Appraisals are delayed.

    no salary growth, no hikes, they are cutting your meal money from your salary even if candidate working from home. Not giving reimbursement. Unequally treat employees. Making fun on someones emotions. they hack the employees phones to make fun of them and irritate them.

    if you want to make carrier in game testing Global step is for you Guys . Travelling cost will not be deduct from your salary.

    Dislikes

    you will get very less pay . Canteen Food , they were third class food in the canteen. you need to come early before the shift and search the peripherals on the floor and create the setup for owns , if you are trying to change the project or shift they will be send you on bench for long time and don't pay anything . inventory person , who don't present in inventory at 3:00 am at the end of the shift. Internal politics - some team leads and seniors tyres to do politics about in shift changing , project changing , Like person Debashish Shaha . cabs are available for night .

    Very toxic sometimes sometimes too linnent for work salary on time but new things to learn low only on contracts not on role need to wait a long period no one bother no projects so do learning own way or take holiday no salary growth.

    Dislikes

    About commitment that was never been fulfilled after doing all work and being disciplined and active no internet money reimbursements no cab only one time cab.
