We are working for RBL Bank kyc process. As per the company policy the salary is too low instead of that the incentive slab is also very irrespective. No mobile expenses no fuel expense paid by company. If you done 80% & done 100 leads then you get fuel & mobile expenses. As you think when you didn't got 130 leads in a month you can't done 100 leads. That mean no fuel & no mobile allowance. Just think, what is concern of fuel & mobile expenses from target. If you done 80 leads instead of 100 leads that mean you don't pay for petrol & mobile. That mean completely you lost this expense from your salary and this is major drawback of this company. Other thinks no holiday no week off every day working. But the work load is too low you are free in just 5-6 hours but need to frequently calling on the leads.
