Salaries offered while joining or initial phase are good but increment is very low and growth becomes stagnant. Some people do get quick promotion and fast increment by maintaining good relations with seniors. 3. Very hard to get fast track promotions even if you give 100 %. 4. Favoritism, specially inclination towards female employees. 5. Internal politics.
