Performance linked pay policy is a double edged sword, if your project is a profit making project then you will get the importance and performance linked payout will also be at a better scale. People hide thier incompetency behind the brand name. Power concentrated in the hands of a few egoistic people who think they know everything. You will often laugh inside looking at the circus around you. Poor work culture with no regards for employee welness or mental health. It's all about numbers. HR is almost non existent with little or no power. They are finding recruitment extremely difficult because people don't want to join because of the toxicity.
