Company policy good on paper but on site not get implemented and HR not involved in this, No job satisfaction as contractor are not capable to do work, In time must be 9.30 no out time No Saturday off as per company policy for operation team as site head want staff on site. But HR will not interfere in this matter.

Performance linked pay policy is a double edged sword, if your project is a profit making project then you will get the importance and performance linked payout will also be at a better scale.
