Goodyear enhances the skills of every employee and takes care in better compensation. Obviously you will find few bad bosses in every organization but for me Goodyear India as whole is an amazing company to work with...

    it was being a very potential and well established company, they have many other businesses and one of the well known group in that area. having good turn over and their products were very good demand in the market. Like Good Year Tires, in the tire filed , they were the second group in the KSA.

    Dislikes

    On time salary payment, HR system and changing job procedures were very transparent. Work pressure was normal, nothing high, but promotion or salary increments were not based on merits, favoritism and nationality consideration was one another factors for increments and all.

    Salary is the only thing which was good in Goodyear. otherwise worst company to work with. MD is a diploma holder with illicit relations with female employees. Also, there is no working policy . Everything works as per whims and fancies of MD. Job security is minimal. Top management personally targets the employees. Nothing Good about Goodyear.

    The company is always open to new innovation and it will give you all freedom to enhance your skills and i love the fact that i am part of such a team that makes such quality product and has a global client base.

    Dislikes

    Compensation is decent, but growth is too slow. The work is very high sometimes i have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day i have to attend all maintenance work in plant
