Nothing to like in this Company. If you are good in politics & buttering, then you are fit for here.

Dislikes

No appraisals, no promotions, no salary increments for years, company works on its will and wish. Your HOD could be good, bug not the management. Company policies implementation are worst. Policies are only good on paper and on their websites. My personal recommendation would be not to get into greenko. If you are already working in it, do search for other company asap. There is no growth at all in that company. I waited and wasted many years working in it. Management keeps buttering employees about salaries and promotions. But trust me, you would die waiting for it. World keeps moving forward, but greeenko employees get stuck in the past. You would not even find yourself competitive with the outside world. Unless you are a relative of the topmost management, your job is not secured even if you grind yourself. If you are a relative of management, you found a comfortable haven. You may find a hardworking employee get terminated and a chilling employee get promoted. Company finds many resources to build itself and for comforts of top management, but keeps complaining when employee asks about even minimal increments. Last word, if you are committed, dedicated, genuine, career oriented professional and are seeking growth in personal life (which is of top priority), then don't get into greenko. Instead choose a smaller company which looks after welfare of employees.

unfair practices : biased behaviour. most of the employees are relatives of management who are treated with good facilities and pay package. appraisals are delayed for more than 2 years No appraisal practice for relatives - they simply get increments

Flexibility in working time. Salary on time. Job security You can take volunteer additional responsibilities.

Dislikes

No Salary brackets review in terms of experienced manpower. Improper utilisation of talents. Improper review of employee performance Reporting structure .(Multiple reporting). Communication among group of team and Interdepartmental teams No yearly increments and Bonuses disbursement.

No recognition to work,if working for monthly salary it was good,if we are interested to learn and growth for carriers it was not good.

Dislikes

When I joined they didn't told that u need to travel but no information about it all of sudden they told me to go on site which not mentioned in JD. No training about field job. They told something while recruiting They giving different tasks which not told in interview. Worst department politics. I'm surving for my family otherwise
