    Salary coming between 22 to 28 of next month. Monthly PLI amount equal to basic salary. Abusive local management and always threat of terminations or deductions of PLI salary amount. No decision authority for even small things.

    1. No appraisal in 4 Years 2. After 4 Years appraisal done wherein In hand salary decreased because GVK EMRI increased the incentive part. Which is not a good sign for an employee. It shows decrease in salary instead of increment.
